Crina Ancuta left Romania to build a career in global pharmaceuticals. Over twenty years she held local, regional and global leadership roles, including General Manager with full P&L responsibility and later Head of Commercial Strategy for a £600M portfolio spanning five continents.

She coordinated the company’s response when a regulatory shutdown at an external supplier put products representing two thirds of the portfolio’s global sales at risk.

Today, she advises senior leaders and C-suite executives around the world on the decisions, relationships and role dynamics that shape how they lead. She looks beneath the visible problem and gives a clear recommendation on what needs to change. Crina is the founder of Tenth Vantage, a private leadership advisory practice based in London.
