Monica helps organizations and individuals to identify the source of their power and develop their best strategy to deliver success. She has an extensive leadership experience in working with multinational and cross functional teams, with a variety of business domains from production to marketing & sales. She became the first Gallup—Certified Strengths Coach in Romania, delivering Strengths-Based Development and is a Systemic Coach as well (Alain’s Cardon School).
Monica is a visionary thinker and early adopter in different areas of leadership and organizational culture development, with proven success record in building high performing teams, loyal and engaged organization.
She has 19 years experience in human resources leading roles in corporate multinational environment, working with Japan Tobacco International at local, regional and international level. During this period she initiated and led a continuous organization improvement in areas like organization culture and behavior, leadership development, employer branding, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, innovation and change management. Her contribution to the development of a powerful organization culture based on engagement and collaboration, culminated in 2014 with the “Top Employer Romania and Europe Certification” granted by Top Employers Institute to JTI Romania.
She had been awarded by the HR Club in Romania as “The best HR Manager of the year 2011” and represented Romania at the European HR Awards 2011 in Istanbul.
Monica contributes as a guest speaker in HR Conferences and events organized in Romania, as well as in different Universities.
